Marian is the founder of Absolute Dispute Resolution. She is a member in good standing with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario (ADRIO), the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada (ADRIC) and the Ontario Association for Family Mediation (OAFM).
