Pan-African Community Action (PACA), The Uncle Devin Show, and the Congress Heights Arts & Culture Center presents a Black community children’s concert, a positive and enriching live music experience showcasing the genres of Go-Go, Reggae, Hip-Hop, Jazz and more.

Come out for this great in-doors afternoon moment of fun for our children, 1 to 10 years of age! Light snacks will be provided

$5 per family with up to 3 children
$1 for each additional child.

During a brief intermission PACA will share with parents our ideas for Black parents organizing for community control over child care.
