ABOUT THIS CLASS
With Black Unicorn Collective, you’ll experience a basic Hatha yoga practice that emphasizes static postures focusing more on alignment, with some fluid movements or flows mixed in.
Expect a slower-paced stretching-focused class with basic breathing exercises (pranayama) and perhaps a guided meditation to end practice.
ABOUT OUR INSTRUCTOR
Steph Lindsey aka, The Black Unicorn, began practicing yoga in 2000, though it was only in the past 5 years that she cultivated an increasingly devoted practice that culminated with the completion of her yoga teacher training through Breathe for Change.
