Description

This is designed for people to make their own pellet stove at home or to replace a broken pellet stove. This kit comes with ALL the electrical components needed to make a great pellet smoker. Just attach the pellet hopper to your desired smoker pit and build appropriate Heat Deflector and Drip Tray. This is the EASIEST and CHEAPEST way to build a CUSTOM pellet smoker. These units also work with many of the common pellet stoves, such as Traeger, Pit Boss… an easy way to fix your broken pellet smoker. What’s included: 1 Pellet Hopper Body 1 Digital Control Board with meat temp sensor 1 RTD Sensor Probe 1 Meat Sensor Probe 1 200W Igniter 1 Steel Burn Pot 1 2 RPM Auger Motor 1 Auger Shaft Rod 1 Combustion/Induction Fan Everything is fully assembled… just needs to be attached to your smoker pit and RTD properly placed and installed. *** RTD probe placement – RTD must be placed in close proximity to grill grate for accurate readings. RTD should not be located near or touching any direct flame or high heat*** You Must Have a Flame Guard and Drip Tray in Your Smoker for Proper Operation. These Are Not Included and Must Be Made Custom for Your Project. Please look at a commercial pellet stove brand internals before building your own pellet stove. This will help you with understanding how to design a proper flame guard and drip tray for best results. Description: Has auto start/ auto light Smoke Mode with P-MODE Settings are 1-7 Temperature Modes 200-475 degrees High Mode- For temps above 475 degrees Digital Display Displays ACTUAL TEMP & MEAT PROBE TEMP Has Toggle button to switch between meat probe temperatures and P-Mode Has Automatic Shut Down Feature “which runs the fan motor for 5 minutes after shut down to blow out fire and ashes” Holds temperatures to within approximately 15 degrees +/- of desired set temperature Made for small to medium size smokers.
