(1), Does this light mount to the bottom edge of the tailgate?
Answer: It would if u wanted it to, I put mine on my bed, there will have to be a gap between the bumper and the tailgate that would make the light visible.

(2), it’s a perfect fit, but measure the area you will put it in first before ordering it.
if you measure the space between the tail gate and if there is nothing visible that is in the way when you install it.

(3), Question: How does this install? do it’s a must to screw it into the car?
Answer: No screws necessary. It has a sticky tape already in place. Just remove the paper covering and stick in place.
Or if still have the problem about the installation, then you’ll search the word ” how to install tailgate light” on the youtube website to find the video to know how to install it .
