The Bartholomew Gosnold book team of Y7 students from Woodbridge School wrote, illustrated and published this book with John Haden. Woodbridge is a co-educational day school of over 900 pupils between the ages of 4 and eighteen, whose Senior School of 600 includes an exclusive boarding house for 40 6th Formers. As a member of HMC, it has the imprimatur of being some of the most sensible schools in the United Kingdom.

This book is the sixth within the American Roots in English Soil (ARIES) Series to be written with schools. The Project helps schools and communities within the East of England to analyze their links with early American history. John Haden is a author, lecturer and independent adviser to varsities, and a former Headteacher.
