The Regal Pellet grill features heavy-duty construction with a durable steel body with double-walled lid and oven-grade gasket, perfect for keeping heat and smoke in. The heavy duty stainless steel inner components help retain and distribute heat throughout the grill. The extra wide stainless steel burn pot handles large amounts of pellets which allows this grill to create the searing temperatures that Broil King is known for. Extra thick cast iron cooking grids are perfect for retaining heat ensuring great sear marks and they are reversible for added versatility – the reverse side features a V-channel design which is perfect for self-basting more delicate foods.
