It provides you with both visual and audible alerts, with the included handlebar-mounted radar display unit giving you with a warning of approaching vehicles from up to 140 meters away. Its seatpost mounted tail light is visible during the daylight from up to a mile away with its 65-lumen flash and in a 220-degree range that changes it flash as vehicles approach, helping capture the driver’s attention. This bundle package includes the dedicated radar display unit and can also wirelessly integrate, via ANT+, with compatible Garmin devices. It provides three colors based on the road conditions behind you, a green light means no cars are present, an amber light signals that a vehicle is approaching, and a red light signifies that a vehicle is approaching at high speed and to take caution. The battery last between 6 to 15 hours depending on flash or solid mode and the included charger makes topping off the battery with any USB port and easy affair. The system has an IPX7 waterproof rating so if you get caught in the rain, a situation where the light is really needed, you can rest assured that the electronics will be safe.
