This advanced function is ideal for eliminating dust, bacteria, animal dander, and other harmful particles that waft in the air. Left in the back of is fresh oxygen rich air. The sterilizer function turns on the units blue UV lamp to remove airborne viruses and germs. When you wish to have to get rid of strong or offensive odors in your house, the ozone mode creates activated oxygen based upon the square footage of your home. Perfect for eliminating tobacco smoke odors, cooking odors, chemical/cleaning agent odors, paint odors, and so forth. The activated oxygen will also sanitize pollution embedded in walls, ceilings, floors, carpets, furniture, clothing, countertops….all surfaces in your house. Use ozone mode when home is unoccupied on units built in timer, and not around people with asthma or respiratory issues. Ozone reverts back to oxygen after approx. 30 to 45 minutes. Exclusive to this unit is a dual timer function with a view to will let you have the unit turn on and off at preselected times daily, as well as a separate ozone timer with a view to turn the ozone function on and off at preselected times at the same time as the unit is running.
