Description

Hobart supports the food equipment and service needs for the foodservice and food retail industries. Three speeds let you mix anything from whipped cream to cupcake batter. A gear-driven transmission design provides greater stability over belt-driven mixers. Starting and stopping the mixer is easy with simple on/off operation, making it easy to learn how to operate. A simple lever-style lift makes it easy to raise and lower the bowl as needed. The hub accepts most standard #10 attachments like juicers and meat grinders, allowing you to increase the adaptability of your mixer. Three attachments included: dough hook, flat beater and wire whip. This item meets the standards imposed by NSF International, which focuses on public safety, health, and the environment.
