Description
Tony Florio worked for the Delaware Game and Fish Commission as a Natural world biologist for thirty-eight years, all over which era he used to be an active nature photographer and likewise a Natural world and historical artist. So much of his artwork used to be limited to scratchboard… a black and white medium that may be ideal for prime detail drawings and which reproduces well. For thirty-two years Tony and his wife, Pat, lived on the Woodland Beach Natural world Area where they raised their three children, Gwen, Roger, and Kathleen…along side a host of furred and feathered friends. Following his retirement Tony and Pat moved to Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom where Tony continues to photograph, write and draw.
