It is a “prompting” journal which is designed that can assist you vent, work through your feelings, clear your mind and focus your energy on reclaiming your health in preparation for the delight and enjoyment of the remainder of your life. Created by Stage III breast cancer survivor, Rachael Logsdon, this journal is her personalized gift to you. Rachael used to be diagnosed with Stage III breast cancer at the age of 27 and three years later, she used to be cancer free. Rachael chronicled her own cancer remedy from diagnosis, through chemo treatments, radiation, hair loss, surgeries, the entire way to recovery in her own journal. Along the way, she kept her sense of humor and discovered more than 30 tips so that you can make life easier for anyone facing cancer treatments. This is the same journal that sparked her decision to write the informative, irreverent and emotional book, The Gown Opens in the Front. “My hope is that you’re going to fill every page of this journal with your thoughts, fears, anger and humorous moments all through your cancer journey.
