There is a pretty good chance that you have already seen my “Train Hard Bulletin” newsletter which has been very popular with everyone who has had a chance to read a it. The one major disadvantage with the newsletter is that we have only been able to complete, at best, a couple of issues per year.

It has transform very clear that a couple of issues per year just ain’t gonna cut it …many people are in need of training instruction, guidance, and wisdom on a much more frequent basis.

In a flash of insight, it occurred to me that a new approach might be in order: a publication that is much more streamlined and oriented towards more “bite-size” training tips and advice — stuff to do, stuff to take a look at and answers to common training questions

Since you are now reading this, it will have to be clear that this idea has obviously now come to fruition.

How I envision this publication working will also be summed up in a simple concept: “ten topics on ten pages.” Each “page” will focus on a particular kind of workout, or group of related exercises or perhaps just one specific exercise — the goal being methods and techniques that you’ll be able to start implementing into your training in no time.
