Description

This book, by Ted W. Cox, describes a Belize of forty years ago when it was once the colony British Honduras. Written in thoughtful but unadorned prose, Ted weaves together a bit-known chapter of the rustic’s history. The book, featuring 291 historical pictures, tells how the writer established national physical education data, trained track and field coaches, officials, and athletes, and improvised basic facilities in a long way-flung villages and towns. All of this was once done against a backdrop of seasonal hurricanes even as reinforcing the British garrison must Guatemala attempt to annex the rustic. The invasion never came, however the disposing of of imperial influence did.
