I have 15 years of experience investing in real estate and general contracting, such as rehabbing and upgrading properties, and 9 years of experience in financial problem-solving for private clients. I am also a psychology major with business certificates from 6 years of studies at Coastline Community College and Palo Verde College. I am fluent in Spanish as well as English, and I'm a Marine Corps Veteran. I also have 20 years of experience teaching classroom and private martial arts lessons in Shorin Ryu, which is a martial arts style composed of Judo, Akido, and Jiu-Jitsu skills.
